Providers listed on our Platform agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in their profiles
• Complete the verification process honestly
• Deliver services as described on their profile
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
• Not engage in review manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use black hat or unethical SEO practices

5. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, and other content. By submitting content, you agree that:

• Reviews are based on genuine, first-hand experiences
• Content is not defamatory, abusive, or misleading
• You will not submit fake, incentivized, or purchased reviews
• We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our guidelines
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content on the Platform

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to manipulate rankings, reviews, or Trust Scores
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Circumvent security measures or access restricted areas
• Use automated systems or bots without authorization
• Engage in spam or unsolicited commercial communications

7. Rankings & Trust Scores

Provider rankings and Trust Scores are generated algorithmically based on multiple factors including verification level, review quality, and performance data. Rankings are merit-based and cannot be influenced by payment. We reserve the right to adjust our ranking algorithm at any time to improve quality and fairness.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without our written permission. Provider-submitted content remains the property of the respective provider but is licensed to us for display purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality of services provided by listed professionals.

10. Limitation of Liability

TopSEOAgencies acts as a marketplace connecting businesses with SEO providers. We are not a party to any agreements between users and providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any services provided by listed professionals.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopSEOAgencies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TopSEOAgencies operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
